The theory I have goes like this:
Obama wants a civilian army of community
organizers ... more well-funded than the military.
Obama (and/or advisors) encourage organizations like ACORN
to seek out criminal and prison recruits by promising to "help" them,
legitimize their business (as the prostitution tape) for
a fee.
(Recruiters get a wink/nod to silently sell the
criminals legal services and advice - great money - after all there is little to
no competition, as no reputable business would accept and legitimize criminal
activity. See a need - fill a need.)
In return the criminals are eventually called on to serve
in Obama's "civilian army of community organizers".
If the criminal refuses to do ACORNS bidding
(which is really BO's and handlers), ACORN threatens to exposes their criminal
activity, tax fraud and other and law breaking.
A fledgling theory ... "just sayin"
